Note: Before loading this into your GPS, check that the unit is set to WGS84
and set the display to hddd.mm.ss. The positions are in Latitude and Longitude
and use the WGS84 datum.  Once they are loaded into your GPS you can change
to UTM if needed.

These waypoints were taken on a climb of Mount Kinabalu, March 1-3, 2008.
This climb starts from the Mesilau Nature Resort.  KIN01 is at the office and
entrance gate at about 1950m(6400 ft). The next five waypoints are at covered
shelters called Pondoks.  These are marked on the trail map. KIN07 is at the
junction with the main trail after 6 KM.  KIN08 is at another shelter on the
way up to the main hut.  I stayed above Laban Rata at a higher hut called
Gunting Lagadan which is waypoint KIN09, 3353m(11,000ft).  KIN10 is at the
Sayat-Sayat Hut where you will need to show your badge.  This is the end of
the vegetation.  KIN11 is on slabs at the 8 KM post.  KIN12 is the summit of
Lows Peak 4095m(13,436ft).  Waypoints KIN13 to KIN15 are on the trail down to
the Timpohon Gate. From the summit to the Timpohon Gate it is 8.7 KM with an
elevation change of 2230m(7316ft). 3/08  RLC
