| American Camp Lookout was built in 1930 by the California Division of Forestry (now CalFire) and operated until 1969. The cab is 7 feet by 7 feet and sets atop a 60 foot steel tower. It is managed today as a standing ruin and is not used. Photo by Richard Carey, September 20, 2011. | ||||||||
