It was cloudy and raining when I reached Clingmans Dome. This is a picture of the sign at the start of the paved trail leading up to the lookout tower shown in the photo on the sign. Unfortunately it is not readable in this picture.
		View benchmark data sheet. Note: There is no benchmark at the tower structure, but the tower was sighted by surveyors. There is supposed to be a benchmark "Clingman" in the parking lot. Both of these data sheets are shown together.
